For two decades I've led digital integration, technology transformation, and delivery across enterprise banks, aviation, and high-growth B2B SaaS — as a Deloitte consultant, a bank Managing Director, and an embedded operator. I move between big-picture strategy and hands-on problem solving without losing either: the operating plan and the team that delivers it.

I'm known for unlocking value across several dimensions at once — helping leaders navigate change, driving execution, and standing up the cadence that keeps it moving after I leave. I don't advise from the sidelines. I run the work alongside your team until they can run it themselves.
