For two decades I've led digital integration, technology transformation, and delivery across banks, aviation, and high-growth B2B SaaS, as a Deloitte consultant, a bank Managing Director, and an embedded operator.
The clearest example I can give is the annual planning cycle. Every department builds a list of initiatives and correlates them, loosely, to the strategic imperatives. As Managing Director of Strategy for ATB's technology group I kept asking how leaders justified their requests. Upon reflection, most were proposing work not because it was the most strategically important, but because it was work their team could do. Nobody was behaving badly. The system was asking them to keep their people utilized, and it ended where that usually ends, with a senior leader asking why everyone is busy and nothing is getting done.
That is why I work the whole system rather than one layer of it. I don't advise from the sidelines. I run the operating cadence alongside your team, in the work, until it holds without me.

- Stood up the organization's first Agile team: assessed needs, set formation criteria, then bootstrapped and trained the team inside 10 weeks.
- Team onboarded 12,000 additional users and generated $2–3M in new revenue through faster delivery and adoption.
- Reworked planning and delivery to cut value realization from 6 months to 6 weeks.

- Managed integration of a $200M European acquisition, capturing £2M in synergies across go-to-market, operations, and technology.

- Led an $11M technology integration programme across 10+ onshore and offshore teams.

- Ran a 27-person team delivering across consumer banking, core platforms, advisory, and COVID relief, at $500K–$7M per programme.
- Launched the ATB Personal mobile app. It reached 180,000 users in 2.8M sessions in month one, and the app rating climbed from 1.3 to 4.4.
- Co-led CEBA digital onboarding for over 20,000 businesses, $1B+ in relief, executed in 3 days and saving ~1,300 call-centre work days.
- Built a shared-services practice supporting 400%+ team growth and more accurate delivery forecasting.
